Modern villa between Binibeca and Punta Prima. Stylish design and great extras for a perfect stay: full AC, WiFi, Smart TV, Netflix, BBQ, chill-out area with sea views and a private pool. Another villa (Himala) nearby for large groups.

Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels and sheets provided. Kitchen and bath basics not supplied.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The
proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle rental, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.
15 kilometers away from the airport and Mahón, the main city of the island, where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening in one of its terraces.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries that are are in the village of Sant Luis, only 6 kilometres from Punta Prima. As a curiosity, try their wine sweets.

"Razonable
Positive: Nos gustó la casa en general, la ubicación y la cercanía de la playa, También lo amplio de la casa que permitió que estuviéramos todos suficientemente cómodos.
Negative: No nos gustó la limpieza porque encontramos 3 cucarachas vivas, y porque el césped no estaba cortado desde hacía mas de 1 semana, porque tenía unos 20-25 cm de alto. Y la luz de a piscina no funcionaba."

"Gorgeous villa, perfect for a family break! Having a spa very close was a lovely surprise. Short drive to local beaches, restaurants and shops!"

"Nice villa with great pool. Spacious & well equipped except for sharp knife in kitchen and lack of bbq utensils. Main let down was excessive noise from nearby hotel lunchtime & particularly evening though some might view this as free entertainment!"

"Beautiful villa, fantastic location if you want a more chilled holiday. Not far from airport, 10 minute drive to supermarkets and a 10/15 minute walk to the beach.

Only negatives were the pool wasn’t heated, and due to the tree by the pool, it remained mostly in the shade and stayed rather cold, which wasn’t ideal for our baby. The rooftop terrace could do with some TLC."

"We have visited Menorca many times including Punta Prima, so we knew the location and the need to have a hire car. The area in general is very quiet, however the disturbance of the loud music, hotel activities and nightime entertainment from the local hotel may be annoying for some at times. The property was very spacious and comfortable, but I think that the external furniture is beginning to show its age and may need to be replaced / upgraded. The kitchen is very well equipped and the aircon super efficient.We enjoyed the swimming pool, but quite a few of the small tiles in the steps area became loose and exposed some sharp edges.Our host Amanda was excellent and kept us up to date on when we could get into the villa and checked up regularly with us during our visit.Overall we would recommend this property, but a few items now need to replaced or repaired. We enjoyed our family time together and would consider revisiting in the future"

"Amazing Villa, really helped us out of a bind and rescued the holiday for us by being incredibly accommodating.Kitchen had all the amenities we needed and more, air con throughout the property was exceptional, really loved sitting and watching the birds in the garden.Only slight downside was the occasional noise from a nearby hotel but this was not constant."
