"Beautiful farmhouse in several acres of land that feels miles away from anywhere but it’s very near everything from great beaches and restaurants to Mahon and the airport etc. It’s not modern but that’s the point. This feels Like you’re staying in a piece of history. 10/10"

"Loved the area. Very quiet. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bedrooms comfortable. Towels a bit rough. Biggest complaint was finding the place. There were no signs from the road and the directions did not mention it was through a gate marked private. Key was not in a lock box but was inside the villa. Pool was very clean."

"Beautiful house with lots of charm surrounded by beautiful countryside. You are surrounded by nature with amazing prey birds and beautiful cows that visit every day around the swimming pool area. However the house is a bit run down. The kitchen and bathrooms are old and would benefit from having some works done. The dining space outside can become very hot and not very comfortable. 3Villas were responsive when we required extra parasols or extra cleaning. We had a lovely time and we enjoyed the charm of the house and the beautiful surrounding countryside, but I think the house has deteriorated a little since the website photos were taken."

"Magnifique finca au milieu des champs. Les extérieurs sont vraiment très agréables : grande piscine, belle vue, pas de voisins en vue. Il me semble important de préciser qu'il s'agit d'une vieille maison au milieu de la campagne, il ne faut pas avoir peur du chemin de terre pour accéder à la maison, des insectes dans la maison ou de petites pannes. Cependant, l'agence a réagi très vite à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin, ce qui est très appréciable. Merci pour ce bel accueil !"

"The location of the house is beautiful, so peaceful and very private. Please note if you are hiring a car you will not need larger than a Mokka/Arona as the access points to the house are quite narrow. The house itself is incredibly charming, if you are looking for a rustic farmhouse feel and amazing views from every window this is your place. The pool was great, we were a family of 4 with teenage boys and they enjoyed. You need a car to get anywhere, Mahon is not far and great for the evening to pop in for meals/pick up groceries. The house is situated 20 mins from some great beaches, we travelled across the island and were always happy to return to the farmhouse. Owner was super helpful with an issue we had with water, I would not hesitate to recommend the house if you want a complete getaway - the stars at night are amazing!"

"The house is a Historica Finca, and is completely charming. By definition, it's not modern but that was exactly what the description said, what we wanted, and perfect for a quiet and secluded stay. Rafel, the host, was responsive before our arrival (allowing an early entry, for example) and for our departure, and otherwise left us to it. I'm sure if we'd needed anything, he would have helped straight away."
