Villa Astur ☀☀Charming Villa with private pool and garden

"Really pleasant stay overall! The villa is a perfect size for a small family and the location is fantastic.

There was a small issue with one of the AC units so doors must be kept closed in order to regulate the cooler rooms temperature properly, but the host was very responsive when we queried.

Although we didn’t use it, you can tell that a new barbecue has been installed in the garden which the photos didn’t actually show, so that was a bonus!

"We loved the position of the villa in a quiet part of the town. There were several good restaurants within easy walking distance of the villa. The pool was terrific and got a lot of use! All in all a super place to stay. Thank you and we would definitely return there when visiting Menorca."

"The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and even a great bakery. The host is extremely responsive and helpful and check in was really easy. The villa itself is a great space, with good amenities and we loved the pool!"

"An excellent large villa, basic inside which was fine, outside area was what mattered. Walkable to the beach and supermarket and restaurants but a car is advisable. Pool was lovely, we had a baby with us, and it was regularly maintained. Air conditioning in the rooms was a must and very effective. We would certainly revisit!"

"So honest review - it could be a very nice place but it’s a little unloved. The BBQ is totally unusable - very disappointing as what’s why we wanted to do for dinner each day. We went shopping before hand and got to the villa only to find out we wanted our money in coals of food. It’s totally broken and unusable,
I noticed reviews already staying this time watch there was a response to get it fix, that was months ago so clearly not very proactive. At this point it shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. There an issue with drains and the toilet near the door smelled awful - windows were left open to hide the smell when we first got there - it’s absolutely stinks. Water damage to laminate flooring which has caused the wood to expand, so it sticks up. Cut and hurt my foot on it more than once as it’s right as you walk though the door in the main bedroom. Ripped outdoor furniture cushions, towels with blood or rust and were ripped. - all of which I have photos for. Needs attention"

"Lovely hosts with great communication and we had a lovely stay in the beautiful area. BBQ needs maintenance to be truly useful and the outside area could do with a refresh but overall we were happy."

"Jolie maison, un peu vieillotte mais propre et bien entretenue. Le coin nuit est bien séparé du coin jour, ce qui est pratique à plusieurs.
Pas de protection pour l escalier et la piscine par contre. Des jeux de plage à disposition.

"Nice big house with a nice patio and swimming pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook our meals as we visited during the quiet season. The upstairs bedroom was particularly bright and airy which we enjoyed. We ventured all over the island and was happy to come back to the quiet town of Binibeca at the end of the day. Menorca is a lovely place and the people very friendly which made our stay that much more enjoyable. We’d like to return during summer to enjoy the sea and snorkling as the water is pristine. A great trip and nothing at all to complain about. Thanks very much for having us :)"

The staff at 3 villas were superb helped us hire a car which was delivered to the Villa 3 hours after I first mentioned it ! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going again"
