"Dommage, très déçus, pas à la hauteur des attentes et exigences par rapport au prix de la location.
Points positifs: - Très belle villa, bien située, à proximité de la mer, jolie piscine, terrain arboré et fleuri avec une grande terrasse extérieure.
- Un grand merci à Amanda et aux plombiers pour leur gentillesse, disponibilité et professionnalisme.
Points négatifs: - Maison globalement sale, surtout dans les chambres et sur la terrasse qui je pense n’a jamais été entretenue. Literies très vieilles et très inconfortables ( attention aux insomnies et lombalgies) qui devraient être changées impérativement !
Électroménagers très anciens, vétustes, inappropriés par rapport au nombre d’occupants.
Bains de soleil d’un autre âge. Faïence dans la piscine cassée avec risque de coupures.
Réseau d’eau dramatique, nécessitant l’intervention des plombiers suite à défaut de pression et d’eau chaude."

"Die Lage war sehr schön. Das Haus von aussen ist sehr einladend jedoch überall etwas schmutzig. Der Pool war sauber gereinigt, obwohl es eine Instandsetzung der Fugen im Pool bräuchte. Der Innenbereich hat komisch gerochen. Überall war es schmutzig. Die Betten waren sauber, jedoch sehr unbequem die Wasserversorgung im Haus war sehr schlecht wenig Wasserteilweise kein warmes Wasser. Das Haus braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung. Auch die Küchenschubladen sind alle schmutzig."

La maison était propre et les hôtes très réactifs quand on a en besoin.
Jolies prestations : piscine, les espaces nuits sont séparés les uns des autres, c'est chouette pour un séjour entre amis."

"Beautiful traditional menorquin villa. The interior is very nice, but the stand out part is definitely the exterior space which is simply gorgeous.

The villa comes with a large, deep swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers which are in the sun most of the day. There is also a covered area with a large table for eating outside in the shade, and an interior courtyard with small table and parasol which is a total sun trap.

Then you have the location. Good sea swimming can be had at ses ollas which is a 500m walk or binisafuller which is also nearby. There is a good restaurant in easy walking distance and binibeca is also walkable.

"Well-located and nice pool. However, the house is not 'good value for money' compared to other houses I've stayed at in the same area. The interior of the house is old, rusty, and dusty. To give some examples, the beds are old, creak, and make noise; the dishwasher is in the hallway (which is absurd); the kitchen equipment is very limited if you want to cook (missing dishes, basic cooking utensils, etc.); there is no water pressure in the main bathroom, there was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms, and it's impossible to turn on the air conditioning and dishwasher at the same time because the power goes out. The water has been cut off, the barbecue is disgusting (and only two burners work), there's a constant smell of rotten eggs, etc. In short, it needs an update or a more reasonable price.""
