"La nostra esperienza è stata buona, la villa è comoda ed ha tutti i servizi che descrive l'annuncio ma hanno bisogno di manutenzione( alcuni mal finzionanti come la lavastoviglie). Siamo stato assistiti in tempi brevissimi quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. host sempre attivo nelle comunicazioni."

"We were a party of 5 adults and 2 teenagers. The villa was as described spacious, great pool, plenty of outdoor terrace areas to eat or relax in the sun or shade! The decor is typical of Spanish villas clean white providing basic comfort with a nice cool atmosphere. Three bedrooms with aircon. The ground floor bedroom is small with a small window and no aircon. But my teenage grandson said it was fine and it had an electric fan if necessary. The host was very helpful and responsive. The location is very quiet, there is a nice little port with a small sandy bay and two restaurants all 10 minutes walk. For food shopping there is a local store 5 minutes in car or its a trip to Aldi or others in Mahon. The house keeping changed towels and bedlinen for our second week. To sum up the villa is really nice with great pool. The area is very quiet but relaxing with a sleepy coastal port. A great place to relax and use as a base to drive anywhere on this lovely Spanish Island. My thanks to3Villas"

"La villa correspondait à la description; elle était très propre , le pack cadeau de bienvenue a été agréable.Nous n’avons pas rencontré d’interlocuteur, mais nous avions toutes les infos nécessaires pour notre arrivée / départ ainsi que les personnes à joindre si nous avions eu le moindre soucis."

"We stayed for two full days here. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it’s villa number 4 and we were given the address as 13 Carrer de sa calma without the villa number. I didn’t realize it’s in the title of the listing. We had a great stay. The house is incredibly clean. The pictures are accurate. The hosts are easy to get a hold of and will address any issue quickly. Couldn’t ask for better hosts or cleanliness of the place. The pool is lovely and clean, deep for kids, not heated (as is every pool in Spain we found) but temperature was just fine. There is air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is no soap other than dishsoap so bring your own laundry soap and washing soap. The coffee machine is Nescafé dolce gusto so it needs certain pods if you want coffee. The room with the single bed is on the main floor by the laundry area and is small and dark. We didn’t need that room so didn’t use it but just to be aware. Just info for next guests. Excellent stay."

"Maison très agréable à vivre, proche de la mer à 300m à pied, hors saison donc aucun souci de voisinage en ce mi octobre, endroit de l'île particulièrement beau, sauvage et préservé. Juste le n°4 de la villa est au bout de la rue proche du rond point sur votre gauche dans une contre allée. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et la terrasse couverte pour l'apéro ainsi que la véranda avec BBQ. Ménage et changement du linge à mi-séjour très apprécié. Piscine sympa avec éclairage le soir.
L'idéal question shopping alimentaire, faire le plein à Lidl à Mahon et Es Mercadale offre des petites superettes, bien achalendées et de bonnes boulangeries avec les spécialités locales."
