Comfortable and modern villa just 600 metres from the beach and restaurants. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Offers two first-floor terraces and air conditioning in all rooms. Enjoy the private pool and cozy porch with BBQ. Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Macaret is a small, quiet residential area with a beautiful sandy beach and a few restaurants. Located very close to Arenal d’en Castell, where you can find all the facilities and services, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful, long beach over 500 metres long where you can stroll peacefully along the fine sand.

Located just a 15-minute drive from the Son Park golf course and the same distance from Fornells Bay, where you can sample one of its famous lobster stews.

Mahon, the island’s main city, is only 20 kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, walks along its magnificent harbour and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an essential visit during your holiday.

"A lovely villa. Walking distance from the village of na macaret. Nice pool. Secluded. Very clean and furnished to a high standard. Air conditioning worked very well and was very welcome due to heatwave conditions across Europe during our stay. Tricky to find. Needed the video sent by the host.

"Notre séjour a été ensoleillé et a été très chouette, nous avons pu rayonner et faire toute l'île. Il faut prévoir obligatoirement un véhicule, le plus proche commerce est à 5 min de voiture. L'adresse de la Villa n'était pas claire avant notre arrivée (il faudrait mieux la spécifier sur l'annonce). L'agence nous a envoyé une vidéo pour nous aider à trouver l'accès mais seulement 1/2h avant et nous ne l'avons pas vu car nous roulions. Néanmoins 3Villa a été très réactif quand nous avons constaté que nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, dès le lendemain un technicien est venu réparer. Le logement était impeccable, identique aux photos et la piscine bien entretenue. Un kit de bienvenu a été apprécié ainsi que les condiments de base + charbon barbecue + lessive. L'environnement résidentiel était calme à cette saison, tout comme l'ambiance de l'île dans son ensemble, les plages étant aussi peu fréquentées, un vrai bonheur (attention à quelques méduses possibles) !"

"Positive: Villa LaCalma was just exactly what we needed for our trip away with our 2 teenage daughters. Location was quiet and peaceful but within a short drive of fabulous beaches. House had everything we needed and the girls absolutely loved the pool! A great base for exploring the island of Menorca. Would definitely recommend."
