"We paid approximately €8,600 for this villa, expecting a luxury property in excellent condition. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
When we arrived, the house was far below the standard expected for this price. The cleanliness was unacceptable, with dirt throughout the property and mould in the bathrooms. Several maintenance issues were also present, including a broken handle and lock on one of the patio doors, which were never properly repaired during our stay.
Although the host eventually arranged additional cleaning after our complaints, this should never have been necessary for a property in this price range. First impressions matter, and guests should not have to spend the beginning of their holiday documenting problems and contacting support.
The location is beautiful, but that alone cannot justify the amount charged for a property delivered in these conditions.

"just back from an amazing stay at this villa. Party of 6 adults two small children and a 6 month old baby. The villa was perfect for our group and was spotless on arrival. The facilities in the Villa were so good, i.e. plenty if crockery, pans etc. The pool was fantastic and we couldn't get the kids out of it for the first 3 days. Very close to beach and restaurants. Big shout out to Felix the local manager who was so friendly and helpful. He gave us some good recommendations. I messaged him one morning to ask for an additional parasol for the pool and within 10 minutes he was there with it. Fantastic holiday had by all and we would definitely return"

Positive: Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut Platz für 8 Personen. Jedes Doppelzimmer verfügt über separates Bad und Zugang zum Pool. Das Haus ist sauber und bietet sehr viel Platz. Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Felix von 3 Villas war genial. Check-in und Check-out erfolgt ohne direkten Kontakt. Alles verlief einwandfrei. Wir durften sogar 2h vorher das Haus beziehen."

"We had such a beautiful stay at Sunrise Villa in Son Bou. The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large, comfortable bedrooms and really lovely bathrooms—perfect for a family stay.

What truly makes this place special is the outdoor space. The terrace is incredible, with breathtaking views that you never get tired of, especially at sunrise and sunset. The pool and deck area became the heart of our days—relaxing, swimming, and just enjoying time together.

A special mention to Felix, the local manager, who made the whole experience even more memorable. He’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares—you feel it from the moment you arrive. He’s a real gem, and honestly a big reason we’d come back again.
