Beautiful villa only 250 metres from the beach in Los Delfines (Ciudadela). It has 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside, well-kept garden with private swimming pool, barbecue and porch to enjoy unforgettable evenings with family or friends.
Family friendly: first cot and high chair free of charge. Additional cots and high chairs available for a charge of 5 euros/night per set.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Los Delfines is a fantastic area for a summer holiday. As well as several beaches, it has all services and amenities. Restaurants, pubs, supermarket, water parks, tennis club, pharmacies. All this just 3.5 km from Ciudadela, one of the main towns of the island. Here you can go shopping, enjoy the restaurants on the seafront promenade or stroll through its historic streets.

Undoubtedly, a privileged place to spend an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

"Grande maison dans une impasse, bien entretenue, avec tout l'équipement. Piscine sympa, malgré que l'eau soit froide en octobre. Bruits de chantier d'une maison en construction juste au fond du jardin."

"Trevlig vistelse. Ganska enkelt men rent och funktionellt. Vi var två vuxna och 4 ungdomar (2 par). Vi använde huset som bas och hade hyrbil och besökte olika platser varje dag men kom gärna hem till poolen en stund innan middag. Kan rekommendera morgon bad i Cala Forcat innan frukost då det är nästan tomt. 4 min promenad dit. Minus: Mycket lite utrustning i köket, en minimal skärbräda, gamla små knivar, inga verktyg vid grillen och helt tomt i skåpen. Ofta brukar det finnas lite basvaror från tidigare gäster såsom till exempel kryddor. Men vi är mycket nöjda med vår vecka."

"Un super séjour dans ma maison.
Descriptif conforme, emplacement conforme. Piscine impeccable.
La maison mériterait un sérieux rafraissement. Chasse d’eau et cuvette de toilette cassée, Robineterie vieillotte, canapé très usé… Vaisselle de cuisine au minimum.
Hormis ces points, tout est ok dans la maison : Clim, chambre, literie, drap…
2 passages de l’hôte dans la maison en notre absence pour changer les serviettes de toilettes.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille."
