Wake up to incredible sea views in this ideally located villa, steps from the beach and amenities, and 10 mins from Son Parc golf. Relax by your private pool and BBQ area. Compact fully equipped kitchen, refurbished in 2026 and 4 bedrooms: 2 doubles with A/C (one en-suite) and 2 twins.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Arenal d’en Castell is a perfect area for holidays with family or friends as it has all the facilities and amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful and long beach where you can take quiet walks through Its fine sand.

Located just 15 minutes drive from the Son Park golf course and at the same distance from the bay of Fornells where you can taste one of its famous «lobster stews».

Mahón, the main city of the island, is only 20 kilometers away. Restaurants, shops, walks through its magnificent harbor and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an indispensable visit of your vacation.

"La casa por fuera tiene una linda vista y la piscina está bien. Pero adentro la casa es muy calurosa solo tiene aire acondicionado en dos habitaciones de las 4 que tiene. Y es bastante pequeña , necesita alguna renovación. Kike y Carmen fueron súper amables y atentos para resolver inconvenientes."

Positive: The villa has a gorgeous pool area with great views. The villa does have everything you need. It was clean and as just the two of us staying there it was plenty of space. We enjoyed our week there. The staff were great, even arranging an early check in for us. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and some shops, restaurants etc. I loved the area it’s in, nice and quiet.
Negative: The villa itself is overpriced for the condition it’s in. It’s very tired and needs modernisation massively. We booked last minute so had a hefty discount on it, I would have been really dissapointed if we had paid what it’s going for normally - especially the July/August price they’re eye watering. They also request a 900 euro damage deposit which is ridiculous, but you can get out of paying it but by 57 euro waiver - which is abit of a con to just get more money out of you. The neighbours were also very loud until early hours of the morning for the first few days we got there - as the villas are pretty much on top of each other. This being said it is a lovely villa for what we paid, thank you for having us."

"We booked this as a last-minute family holiday, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The pool area was fantastic, with incredible views of the beach and beyond.

The location was excellent. Everything was within easy walking distance, including the beach, restaurants etc.

While some areas of the property could benefit from a little modernisation, this didn't detract from our stay. With a few updates, this place could be truly incredible. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily return."

Negative: Nous souhaitons que cet avis puisse vraiment aider les futurs voyageurs à mieux comprendre cette location.
Plusieurs points importants nous ont malheureusement déçus :
Vis-à-vis très important avec les voisins, ce qui enlève beaucoup d’intimité.
Machine à laver installée à l’extérieur, très bruyante, ce qui dérange non seulement les occupants mais aussi le voisinage.
Cuisine vraiment petite : nous étions 4 et c’était déjà compliqué ; pour 8 personnes, cela semble difficilement envisageable.
Couettes sans housses, ce qui n’est pas très hygiénique.
Dessus de lit tachés / sales, ce qui donne une impression générale de manque d’entretien.
Vaisselle dans un état inacceptable : nous avons dû tout relaver avant de pouvoir nous en servir.

De manière générale, l’ensemble manque d’entretien et paraît vieillot, loin de ce que nous attendions.

Nous espérons que ces remarques permettront d’améliorer la qualité du logement pour les prochains voyageurs."

"The most amazing view I have ever had from a house (and I have had pretty good ones). LOVED it! Lovely bedrooms, small and a bit old kitchen (but we didn’t cook anyway), perfect living room but the real gem is the terrace!! Vith a good size pool with salt not chlorine (wonderful). Easy to parc on the premises. Easy to communicate with Kike and the office. We may be back."
