Wake up to direct beach views in this charming, newly redecorated house just 100m from the sand. Perfect for beach lovers, it offers a sunny terrace with BBQ. Inside, enjoy 2 bedrooms and AC in the living room and main bedroom for your comfort.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Calan Porter is a perfect tourist area for holidays with family or friends. It has all the services and entertainment. Very close to Mahon, the capital of the island, where you can stroll through its streets of typical 19th century bourgeois character, go shopping, eat in one of its many restaurants, or simply get stunned with its impressive port.

"Lovely located villa with direct beach access and sea views. Huge terrace, which we loved. Inside is modest, but all we needed. Air conditioning worked well. The villa is extremely peaceful and quiet, particularly at night time. Parking was never an issue for and being free was a bonus. It felt a very safe neighbourhood.
Very responsive hosts, who dealt with any enquiries we had.
We would happily stay again 😊"

"Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison, bien équipée, propre, idéalement aménagé pour partager des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
L’hôte nous a laissé des cadeaux de bienvenue ainsi que des choses utiles à la vie de tout les jours…
Le plus est l’accès à la plage qui est parfaite.
Extérieur avec vue, coin barbecue super, douche et spa très agréable et terrasse spacieuse.
La maison n’est pas très grande, je dirai pour 4 mais dispose de tout ce qu’on a besoin pour des vacances, notamment la climatisation.
Hôte très réactif!

"Most disappointing stay we have had. Some good features: air con works; nice balcony with outside kitchen and shower. Balcony overlooks what is effectively a beach carpark and can get noisy. A few good restaurants nearby, and plenty not so good. Avoid the small shop 30 metres away - v expensive. There is a good supermarket up the numerous steps, if you don't mind a work out. The 8km walk to Son Bou is worth doing - v well signposted. The beach is ok but on occasion the sea water was not particularly clean. You need a hire car as there is not a great deal to do in Cala en Porter. Taxis very expensive."

"The location is absolutely gorgeous literally right by the doorsteps of the beach (at the bottom at the steep stairs) so it's literally a jump to the beach. The indoor space is small with a huge outdoor space, very child friendly as we went with a nearly 2y old toddler - they even had some toys and balls outdoors and indoors left for us. All the amenities work well and the hosts were very proactive in communicating for check-in etc. The place is great for a small family wanting some privacy, outdoor space and being close to the beach. The outdoor area is nicely shaded - the only thing is bring mosquito spray! Loved our stay there and thank you to the hosts!"
