❤Villa Margarita❤private pool great seaview and AC

"The view, pool and outside space are what sell this villa! The view is honestly beautiful.
we had some issues which I’ve been assured will be dealt with.
The ants where my main issue.
The hosts are very responsive and helpful.
We would return just for that view!"

"The view from the villa is amazing!! Location is great. 5 min walk to the beach - 10 mins to the supermarket. Quiet surroundings (although not ideal if neighbours are noisy in the pools as you’re all pretty close - think we were lucky!) and lovely setting. It really is the outside area that sells this villa.

I echo some of the previous reviews re: interior. Definitely needs updating (mostly bathroom and kitchen). Also the outside furniture needs replacing. The outside dining chairs are not comfortable and the table is unsteady. Even some cushions for the chairs would go far!! Air con in the living area would be a great addition as well (keeping the front door open to allow a cross-breeze with a 5 and 3 year old running around was far from ideal!)

I was tempted to knock off a star for the above but the views, pool and location really are great. Didn’t have any problems during our stay but host communication was open and easy. Would recommend."

"Avevamo già affittato questo alloggio in passato, la posizione è stupenda ma la casa non ci era piaciuta.
Avendo letto che era stata ristrutturata ci abbiamo riprovato, ma siamo rimasti di nuovo delusi. L'assitenza da parte di 3villas è stata buona, hanno sempre risposto subito, cercando di risolvere i problemi velocemente. La questione è che la casa necessita di una ristrutturazione importante, quella eseguita non è stata sufficiente, soprattutto visto il prezzo elevato.
I bagni in particolare sono veramente sgradevoli, i materassi puzzavano al punto di non poterci dormire e hanno dovuto cambiarli. L'odore sgradevole nell'intera casa è quindi diminuito ma è rimasto. I filtri dei condizionatori erano sporchi, la doccia esterna, arrugginita, perdeva acqua.
L'unico vero plus è la posizione e la vista sul mare, stupenda. Peccato, perchè sarebbe una casa bellissima."

"Great place to stay, we visited last year and returned. The setting is the big attraction, great views, peaceful and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Kike and team are excellent and responsive."

"We were greeted with a welcome basket. The house comes with a starter kit for the bathroom and kitchen, as well as washing machine detergent. There were a few minor issues, but otherwise everything was perfect

"this is a nice villa in a beautiful location. walkable to local beach and resort / restaurants / supermarket. Fantastic sea views and sunsets. Has all the facilities you need should you want to cook / live as at home. We had a fabulous stay. Viva la Pepa restaurant, on the beach is walkable and recommended. Parking on the drive too. everything you need for a great week in. Menorca."
