"Well managed property. Spacious, good air con and kitchen has enough to cook meals. Clean, spacious. Overall a great experience and lovely family holiday villa.

Couple of minor issues with pool tiles coming off and a broken table but nothing major.

Generally though I’d recommend to others and found it a great base to explore the island. Thanks."

"Hi, we spent a great week in Villa Fernanda. 2 families with kids, plenty of space for all of us with confortable rooms and kitchen. The space outside the house is amazing, we loved the patio for breakfast and dinner and the swimming pool was super nice! Son Saura beach is 5 minutes drive and it's super nice, even more than other famous beaches. Supermarkets everywhere, good road connections make easy to reach other locations by car. Definitely recommended!"

"We had a great family (2 adults and 2 teens) holiday in the villa. All was as described, there were enough ustensils for cooking and the host was responsive when we had minor issue. I highly recommend!"

"Nette Villa mit schöner Einrichtung und viel Platz. Besonders die große, überdachte Veranda hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es im Haus keine Mückengitter und sehr viele Mücken. Das Mauerwerk ist leider im recht feucht und die Räume dadurch klamm, die Türen verzogen, die Badschränke vermodert...Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf der Insel, aber am Haus muss definitiv was getan werden."

"We had a lovely stay at this modern, clean villa in a peaceful and quiet location—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is well-maintained overall, and the team at 3 Villas were professional and responsive throughout our visit.

There were a couple of inconveniences: builders had to come in over two days to fix a leak in one of the showers. While this disrupted our stay slightly, the issue was handled efficiently and professionally. We also noticed several broken or loose tiles at the bottom of the pool, which we reported; the team assured us they would investigate.

Our only real complaint was the comfort of the beds. My daughter found her mattress lumpy and uncomfortable, and we experienced the same with the double bed. A mattress upgrade would make a big difference.
Despite these minor issues, the villa itself is lovely and we would consider staying again—especially if the bedding is improved."

"Beautiful villa and pool. Hosts were super quick to respond and helped us arrange an early check in when we arrived sooner than expected. Son Parc is so nice and quiet - it’s tourist friendly without feeling packed with tourists! And everything (shops, restaurants, beach) is within walking distance. Great for the kids - our toddler loved the pool and beach, and there was a comfortable cot with bedding for our 2 month old baby, with loads of outdoor shade for them to play in. Would definitely come back."
