We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

10 kilometres from Fornells, a small coastal town that has formed around a beautiful bay. It has all the services and entertainment you need for your holidays: restaurants, supermarkets, chemist, water sports, etc.

"3 villas were very responsive during our stay, however I don’t feel the property is accurately represented on the listing. The bedrooms with aircon are in separate locked parts of the building so it’s impossible to sleep in both air conditioned bedrooms if you have children with you. In addition the other two bedrooms have no windows which feels a bit eerie. The hottest room is the kitchen which has two small windows and no additional aircon or ventilation, and with factory style halogen lighting. Several of the overhead fans don’t work, although there are some old standing fans around the property. Although the property is nicely decorated, the bathrooms especially are very outdated with painted floors that chip off on your feet. I do not feel the listing accurately represents what you arrive to.

The terrace on the other hand is superb and has an incredible view.

The property would suit those looking for a more rustic setting, used to the idiosyncrasies of old properties."

"Die Photos entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand des Objektes.
Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und viel dunkler als auf den Bildern zu erkennen.
Extrem störend war der starke Schimmelgeruch im gesamten Haus.
Besonders in den Schlafzimmern fast nicht zumutbar.
Der Anbieter hat nach unserer Beschwerde sofort ein anderes Haus angeboten,allerdings nicht in dem Teil der Insel, den wir gerne wollten.
Wenn es auf der Insel gen Herbst/Winter feucht wird ist das Haus absolut nicht zu empfehlen."

"Würden die Unterkunft auf jedenfall wieder buchen
Positive: Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Ruhig, komfortabel ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, wie auch beschrieben. Sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten jeweils in den beiden Orten Es Mercal oder Fornelles. Fahrzeug wird direkt an der Unterkunft abgestellt. Wir waren 2 Pärchen und wir hatten wirklich ausreichend Platz.
Negative: Für uns gab es nichts zu beanstanden"
