Finca Estancia de Son Gras Menorca

"The finca is well situated everything is 20minute drive so excellent if you want to move around in the island, close to beautiful calas, you do need a car. Rustic but very clean yo do have some insects since you are in the country side, the pool area is lovely very secluded with privacy great view of the skies at night, no noise and total privacy. Lovely settings for dinning al fresco and different orientations as well. Very spacious! Al though not all the rooms have air conditioning the finca has thick walls so it not hot inside- and I imagine same thing in the winter time- we really enjoyed our stays. There are a few improvement in terms of kitchen supplies but we loved it and would definitely rent it again!"

"Positive: Ein gemütlicher Pool. Schöne Lage. Super Ausstattung. Schnelle und sehr freundliche Reaktion des Gastgebers.
Negative: In einem Schlafzimmer ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Das konnte aufgrund fehlender Ersatzteile bis zum Ende der Ferien nicht behoben werden. Wir haben aber eine Abfindung erhalten.
Bei Ankunft waren die Böden nicht sauber. Es wurde aber relativ schnell ein neuer Einsatz des Putzpersonals organisiert.
Nur in 2 Zimmern hatte es eine Klimaanlage."

"Es una vivienda rural antigua, pero bien equipada. Espaciosa y con una piscina y zona exterior para comer muy agradable. El lugar es paz total después del bullicio que hay en las zonas turísticas de la zona."

"Excellent rapport qualité prix et magnifique maison.
Positive: La maison est très grande tout comme le jardin. Il n'y pas de voisins dont se soucier. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si vous avez le moindre soucis ou la moindre question.
Negative: Quelques poussières oubliées mais rien de vraiment sale. Le wifi est mal reçu dans les chambres. Seules 2 chambres sur les 4 possèdent la clim, cela n'a pas changé grand chose cela dit. Par contre on ramène beaucoup de poussière de la terrasse à l'intérieur de la maison."

"The house was absolutely delightful—spacious, spotless, and with a magnificent outdoor area. The villa is just a three-minute drive from Ferreries, where you’ll find excellent shops and restaurants, yet it remains secluded in the countryside, making it perfect for a peaceful yet convenient retreat. The host was friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. I would highly recommend it!"

"It's tired but has the potential to be great once updated. E.g. kitchen needs updating, bathrooms are a bit rusty, showers lack pressure, very cheap pillows, and the outside area makes it look slightly abandoned. For the money you're paying, you'd really expect the owner to update it.

If you forget about these points, it makes for a lovely villa, and we did have a great time, helped by the privacy, the kids could make as much noise as they want, and we could play music in the evenings without any concern of disturbing others.

The main room is huge with a lovely long table, which we didn't actually use as we mainly ate outside on the terrace, which was very nice. The pool was nice but not heated, so it was a shock getting in, probably not great for older guests.

We were two families, 4 adults, 4 children. The bedroom set up is 2 twin rooms off the main entrance, which share the main bathroom (a bit of a walk) and then one double with an ensuite plus one twin, both off the kitchen."
