Magnificent renovated estate with all the amenities for a dream holiday. It has 4 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a large living room with BBQ and ping-pong table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large garden with a swimming pool and barbecue. The estate covers 40 hectares and is 4 km from Es Grau beach and 6 km from Mahón. Smart TV, Netflix.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

The finca is located only 4 km from Es Grau, a summer resort that has grown up around a small fishing village. Here you will find a charming restaurant by the sea and a small supermarket. In this area there is also a protected natural park full of trails for nature lovers. The beach of Es Grau is also worth mentioning, its crystalline and shallow waters make it perfect for families with small children.
The capital of the island, Mahón, is only 6 km from the finca. Like any city, it offers endless possibilities, restaurants all along the promenade, shops, beautiful streets to stroll through. An essential visit.
