Cosy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa in Binibeca, just 600 metres from the charming fishing village. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Outside, lush vegetation and flowers create a shaded porch perfect for dining and relaxing, plus a private pool and barbecue.
Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. Although it is a tourist area, it also offers calm and tranquillity. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
There are restaurants, bars, supermarket, diving centre, kayak, paddle surf and bicycle rental.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful pictures.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery located in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. As a curiosity, don’t forget to try their wine gummies.
Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll around its magnificent port, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy evenings of entertainment on one of its terraces.

Positive: Una casa muy funcional, con aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes, que con la ola de calor ayudo mucho. La ubicacion muy buena cerca del centro de Binibeca con acceso a supermercado y restaurantes.

"Positive: Communication was good, location is good and walkable distance to old town
Negative: The photo on the listing had grass around the property but it was all gravel and not suitable for a family that likes to spend time outdoors. Hardly any basics were supplied (2 dishwasher tablets for an entire week and hardly any toilet paper) on top of that we had the electricity cut for like 4 hours on our second last day"

Positive: Emplacement parfait entre la proximité des petites criques, le village blanc de Binibeca, les épiceries, les restaurants et les différents centre d'intérêt de l'île. Une conciergerie présente au moindre besoin.
Negative: La maison est conçue pour la chaleur donc un peu fraiche fin avril, et le salon est un peu sombre. Mais avec un peu de chauffage, le problème est réglé ;)"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bini Delfi. The house was comfortable and perfect for our family - we especially liked the pool and outside dining area! Amenities in the house were great - with all the cooking utensils you'd need and a comfortable sofa for relaxing. It's a short walk into Binibeca Village and easy reach of other places in Menorca.
