Cosy villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Binibeca, just 600 metres from the charming fishing village. Air conditioning throughout the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a large covered porch for dining and relaxing, plus a private swimming pool and barbecue—perfect for holidays with family or friends.
Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. Although it is a tourist area, it also offers calm and tranquillity. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
There are restaurants, bars, supermarket, diving centre, kayak, paddle surf and bicycle rental.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful pictures.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery located in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. As a curiosity, don’t forget to try their wine gummies.
Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll around its magnificent port, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy evenings of entertainment on one of its terraces.

"We stayed for a week at the villa, we love menorca. It was perfect for us as a family of 4. The location was great, a few restaurants and shops close by. The area is quiet and relaxing.

We had hired a car and visited a different beach every day and the villa was a great base for this.

The Villa was really clean and Angela was so helpful and always on hand.

"Got back to Ipswich, Suffolk last night, and already we are missing Menorca and this villa. We stayed here as a family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids aged 2 and 8 years old ). The villa was spotlessly clean and located in a peaceful area away from all the tourists. The villa had everything we needed: towels, shower and bath, washing machine, kitchen oven, hob, dishwasher, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, fridge/freezer, pool, + lots more)

Location

A great location in a quiet area about a 15-minute drive away from the airport and a short walk to the local (small ) supermarket. A hire car is recommended to get to the villa ( We used Autos Menorca, booked through booking (dot )com; they were great)

"Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem Haus und gut betreut von Angela.
Positive: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Maó ist in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar per Auto und Binibeca zu Fuss in 5-10 Minuten, wo es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Ausflüge in den Westen nach Ciutadella (1h per Auto) und in den Norden nach Fornells (knapp 40 Minuten) sind ebenfalls in angenehmer Distanz zu machen.
Negative: Das Doppelbett ist mit 1.4m Breite eher knapp bemessen."

"Che dire…non potevamo scegliere di meglio!
La casa è bellissima e dotata di ogni comfort.
Il quartiere residenziale, offre una tranquillità che non immaginavamo nemmeno e che abbiamo rispettato come si doveva.
La bellezza delle cale di Minorca fa sì che a pochi minuti di distanza si possa godere di un mare stupendo e qualora ti assalga la pigrizia, la piscina quasi sempre esposta al sole (arriva un po’ di ombra solo verso le 18:00), offra un relax ineguagliabile.
Potrei proseguire per ore decantando le qualità di questo alloggio ma preferisco le scopriate da soli!
L’host Angela reattiva e gentilissima, ci ha accolto con un kit do benvenuto molto gustoso.
Tutto assolutamente di livello massimo.
