House right in front of the sea with spectacular views. Decorated in a nautical style, perfectly matching its coastal setting. It features 3 bedrooms, two with air conditioning, and one full bathroom. Private parking inside the property and direct access to the sea, ideal for water sports. Enjoy the salty Mediterranean breeze and unforgettable evenings to the sound of the waves and the stars.
Cot and highchair included; extra sets €5/night. Towels & sheets included. Kitchen & bath basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc. Very close to the beach of Arenal d’en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services.

"Lugar maravilloso para disfrutar del mar, las estrellas y la tranquilidad.
Positive: El sitio es excepcional... encontramos todo lo necesario y más. Un lujo disponer del Kayak, toallas de playa, gafas y tubos y sombrilla. Una estancia super tranquila y recomendable. Las cenas en la terraza son inolvidables...
Negative: Es una casa muy bien mantenida (ventanas nuevas, cocina nueva, mosquiteras...) pero antigua. Esto le da un encanto muy especial, pero tiene algunas cosas normales en una construcción no moderna... nada relevante que impida que la experiencia sea excelente."

"Our third visit to this wonderful villa, again we loved the stunning views and the spectacular sunrise every morning. The area is peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind .

The updated kitchen is an excellent addition, particularly the dishwasher and hob.

"This home is wonderful, better than described. We especially enjoyed bbq dinners on the terrace with magnificent view and the odd boat passing by. The kayak is stable and we toured the entire bay in it.
Catalina and her son Alex are helpful and somewhat watchful because this is their longtime family home and Alex lives in the flat below. High winds from the sea are threats to the doors and windows if they slam. There are proper latches and fasteners to secure them and we took care to secure them. The kitchen is quite functional.
Puerto Addaia is so picturesque and so are the many calas and trails on the island. Exploring was superb. There is lovely seaside trail on both sides of the Puerto Addaia peninsula.
Communication was good with Catalina but too formal with the property managers."

"I would highly recommend Mirador de ses Altines. The villa is very comfortable and well maintained and kept to a high standard. The air con and fans make it very comfortable inside. The location is great in a quiet and beautiful area and the terrace and view is stunning. It is a lovely place to relax in - you can swim or kayak right from below the terrace. We had a fantastic week there with our teenage kids and would definitely return. The host was helpful, responsive and very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay and loved it."
