Villa Fontana, little paradise

"The villa was great. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport (no disturbance from the planes whilst you’re there), and just a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. We ate in a different restaurant every night and all of them were great. There are 2 supermarkets in the town, both stocking the essentials you might need. The villa was very peaceful and there were even tortoises in the garden! Great stay and a very peaceful and relaxing holiday. Thank you"

"fantastic place - we really enjoyed our stay it it has everything you need. Aircon was perfect in the bedrooms, however it would also be ideal in the living but a minor issue.

"Fantastic villa for a family
Positive: We had a wonderful stay here - the villa is beautiful, clean and well-equipped. The pool area is great, with a handy hose for washing down sandy feet.

It's a 5min walk from the beach and restaurants of Punta Prima. It was our fourth visit to Punta Prima - we love the small town vibe and everything is close. The beach was incredible this year, with crystal clear, calm water that is so great for kids as it stays shallow so far out.

3 villas were great - check in process was smooth, and there was a villa manager available and very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our stay.

We hope to return again next year, price permitting!"

"Had a really great week at lovely villa. Aircon in bedrooms was essential and the pool is very nice! Has everything you need, only advice would be load the BBQ with lots of charcoal as the grill is quite high. 2 local restaurants stood out for us: La Oveja Negra in Punta Prima and La Calita which is 20 mins walk at Biniacolla. Taxis are pretty easy to get down on the front and we went to the Binifadet vineyard for a really nice dinner. The local beach is very good and it’s only about 30 mins by car to others like Son Bou and Sant Tomas. Only issue was the air on in the third bedroom is old and needs replacing but we informed 3 Villas, who were very good and they are onto it. Some people mentioned it being overlooked but we had no issue, that said we didn’t really use the roof terrace, which has access which overlooks the Villa behind (but it’s only on the staircase on way up)."

Great location, short walk to beach, shops and resteraunts.
Punta Prima is very pretty and picturesque.

"From booking the villa to leaving, 3Villas were very helpful if we had any queries. They also walked me through the things you need to fill in such as for the Spanish police. The villa itself was stunning and was the perfect 'home' for the week. It was just a short walk tot he beautiful beach of Punta Prima and also to lots of lovely restaurants. I will be coming back!"

Die Villa liegt an einem ruhigen Ort und nah am Meer. Perfekt grosses Pool welche gut geeignet ist für die, wo mit der Familie dort ferien machen wollen. Wir waren zufrieden und empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Es sieht alles 1zu 1 gleich wie auf den Bildern."
