"We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful villa near Son Bou. The property is spacious and offered some nice sea views, and the private pool made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy our holiday. The location is excellent, offering both tranquility and easy access to the beach and surrounding area.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a peaceful getaway in Menorca!"

"A family group of 9 including one child stayed here and it was more than big enough for us all. The villa matched the photo's and description perfectly. It is quite hilly as the other reviews stated, but we just hired a car from Valls autos in town when we arrived with no fuss, would highly recommend. There is also a small supermarket around 200m away down the hill which was very useful for essentials. The host was also incredible, very responsive and polite. We even accidently left some things and they went out of their way to get them back to us. Great holiday overall!"

"For the money paid, Galerna was very good value. The amenities were exactly as described and the pool was if anything a bit larger than expected. The interior of the villa was spotless and the size of the rooms all perfectly adequate. The neighbourhood is very quiet and picturesque. It’s worth noting that the location is a little remote - the centre of Son Bou is a good 20 minute walk and the beach even further. Also, while the walk to town/beach is downhill, the walk back is steep and quite challenging. Be prepared for taxis or rental cars."

Positive: Villa très agréable. Son bou pas très loin de Mahon.Acces à la plage en voiture. Route principale super.
Negative: Pour une villa pour de nombreuses personnes,les contenants culinaires un peu petit. Gênant de ne pas avoir d'aspirateur. La chambre au 1er étage ss balcon ds cette salle de bain cela sentait les égouts.
Juste en face du portillon d'entrée il y a un énorme manque sur le trottoir!,donc un trou. Dangereux,d'ailleurs le dernier jour je suis tombée sans gravité."

"Great outdoor space, lovely pool. Had a few issues which were sorted straight away. Up a very steep hill so a car is a must."

"There was a lack of comfortable seating options. Only decent option was a small sofa - not sufficient for a 5 bed villa. It was also positioned under the AC - which dropped water onto whoever sat underneath it.Pool was very tired & worn. Broken tiles on the steps which cut my son’s foot. Pool sealant was perished & mouldy. The patio was filthy, with loose, broken tiles. The pool was not cleaned during our week stay until the morning we left. The BBQ was also filthy when we arrived. The inside of the villa was similarly bad. The grout in the floor tiles was dirty & the bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned properly in a long time. All the sink drains were blocked & toilets stained. Limescale had been allowed to form heavily over time meaning the showers were pretty grim & the shower heads only had a few holes that weren’t blocked by limescale. The kitchen bin had obviously not been cleaned because the smell was repulsive - so bad that we had to clean it ourselves on arrival. The upstairs bedroom blinds did not fit the windows properly and were severely damaged from the sun, meaning those who slept in the rooms struggled with the brightness. The AC units upstairs were also extremely loud and made many random noises. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay, especially considering the cost. The villa is looking very tired but more importantly is in need of a thorough, deep clean."

"This was a lovely villa and the 3villas contact was very good and efficient.
We did lock ourselves out ( mainly because there was only one key for 8 guests) . The process was quite efficient to automatically open the door on our return but this could have been prevented by having 2 keys.

We really enjoyed the space in the villa and the younger members of our group had a great time in the pool. The location was a little too far away from the main Son Bou area and the description did not make it clear that it was 30 mins walk to the beach. Additionally, access to the good restaurants was a 30 min walk away.

Within the villa, it would have been helpful to have more welcome materials to wash up: one dishwasher tablet and a small dishwasher did not go far and there was a very small amount of washing up liquid.

I offer these comments as feedback, rather than a problem.
