★Villa Gum ★ private Pool★Free AC& WiFi★

"Villa Gum is a lovely villa that has a traditional feel. The garden and pool are excellent and the location is great for venturing into Cala en Bosc where the are lots of restuarants and amenities, a great beach and fantastic views of the sunset every night.

We would highly recommend staying at Villa Gum and 3-villas commicated excellently to make our stay seamless."

"The villa was very clean and check in was easy. Pool a great size, clean and not too heavy on chemicals, sun and shade available all day outside.Great location - walking distance to Cala'n Bosch and make sure you take a short walk to the coast for a phenomenal sunset. Air con only really worked in bedroom, not in the living area so it was very, very warm in the rest of the house but the bedroom provided a nice cool escape from the heat. The villa is a little tired in places but very well equipped. Only real thing to note was the main bathroom had a very strong smell, but as there was an en suite in the main bedroom it didn't bother us. If there are more than 2 people staying, the lack of air con in the other bedrooms would be difficult in the summer months. Fans are provided but air con is absolutely necessary for us! All in all, a great stay."

"Estancia tal como nos esperábamos, punto a mejorar a lo mejor mejores utensilios para utilizar la bbq, el resto es bastante aceptable y correcto, pensábamos que las camas sería peores y no tuvimos ningún pero la verdad, volveríamos a cogerla.tuvimos un problema con la lavadora y nos resolvieron poniendo una nueva al día siguiente."

"Toda a comunicação com a empresa que gere o imóvel, a 3Villas, foi rápida e com muita clareza. No entanto existem alguns pontos menos positivos a salientar, respeitantes ao imóvel, a necessitar de uma atualização urgente:
- casa toda de origem (meados dos anos 80/inicio dos anos 90), sendo desatualizada em termos de estilo e móveis
- cheiro a esgoto, proveniente da instalação de uma máquina de lavar roupa, na casa de banho
- chão da casa de banho com muita água proveniente da máquina de lavar roupa, de cada vez que era utilizada
- chão da casa de banho com água, de cada vez que eram tomados banhos, proveniente de um deficiente isolamento da proteção da banheira
- fezes de rato, dentro das gavetas do móvel da sala
- colchões muito básicos, com claros sinais de uso intenso e desgaste
Mais uma vez, não posso deixar de salientar a prontidão da empresa 3Villas, na resposta de algumas questões. Resumindo: Menorca = TOP, 3Villas=BOM, Casa=A necessitar de MUITAS melhorias"

"Excellent villa and location. Very clean and pool cleaned twice a week. Overall brilliant place and facilities however wi-fi problematic through week and soap, cooking oil, salt & pepper not provided as per listing suggested which are fairly basic essentials. There was however a nice welcome pack."
