We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. While it is a tourist area also reports calm and tranquility. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
It has restaurants, bars, supermarket, dive center, paddle surf kayak rental and bicycles.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful photos.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries located in the town of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometers from Binibeca. As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans.
Just 9 kilometers from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy entertaining evenings in one of its terraces.

"Très belle maison, bien équipée et fidèle à la description dans un environnement très calme à 5 mn du centre ville de Binibeca.
La communication avec 3villas est très fluide, autant avec Gaëlle de l’agence de Mahon, qu’avec Angela qui s’occupe du secteur ; personnes très agréables et serviables.
Nous n’hésiterons pas à faire appel à 3Villas pour nos prochains séjours."

"Relaxing stay within a short walk of Binibeca
Positive: The property was as expected from the pictures, and very clean. The pool and outdoor space was great, perfect for a family holiday. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for self catering, including a decent coffee machine. Nice welcome gift of some local wine and food. Angela the house manager was very responsive if you needed her, which we didn't really after arrival as there were no issues. We were also allowed to check in slightly early which was very much appreciated as we were travelling with a very young baby.
Negative: Nothing really, was just what we were after."

"Great villa! Great private pool! Great location!
Positive: The pool was superb, the kitchen was well equipped and functional. The air conditioning was very good, the bed was comfy. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants and supermarkets.
Negative: Some of the furniture and fittings and decorations could do with modernisation. The shower was functional with good pressure but the tiles could do with a deep clean. The bedroom linen is basic."
