"Great villa with lovely big pool. Very spacious interior with aircon in all bedrooms. Located just 5minute walk from restaurants of Cala Torret, Binibeca beach and our favourite place to eat and drink, Bar Paupa on the harbour. We have visited Binibeca many times and would happily return to this villa and others hosted by 3Villas who we’ve always found to be great hosts."

"Beautiful villa in a great location, exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time there.

The only suggestion would be an earlier check-in time, as 3:30 PM feels a bit late and takes away a good part of the first day.

Overall, a great experience and we would happily come back!"

Negative: L’intervention de plusieurs techniciens pour réparer différents désagréments type compteur électrique ou chauffe eau. Heureusement Amanda de l’agence 3 villas a été exceptionnelle pour arranger les petits pbs de la semaine"

"Just returned home from a fantastic week staying in this villa. The pool being the highlight! Large size for fun pool games and very private, despite being very close to other villas the pool isn't overlooked at all. It was also in full sunshine from 9am-6pm which was lovely and kept the water warm! Lovely quiet area with a good supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the food at "Bambu" which is a 20 minute slow walk from the villa, also "Peaso 60" does good takeaway and can be pre ordered for collection on their website. Great villa and location for a family holiday."

"Great villa in a perfect location, 5 mins walk to the beautiful little beach, supermarket and a number of restaurants.

The villa was great for 4 adults and 2 children with a generous sized pool and outdoor area.

"The Villa was great for our family during our week in Menorca. The pool is huge and very private. Though the place is a little dated it was exactly as described and a great home away from home for the week. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave."

"We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. We couldn't fault the villa. It was clean and had everything we needed. The Villa was close to the bus stop which takes around 25 mins to get to Mahon. The beach was also only 10 mins walk from the Villa. The pool was too cold for the kids but as expected at the end of October. Would be perfect it was heated. Amanda from 3Villas was very helpful and responsive to any queries we had during our stay. We loved the welcome gift of supplies upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend 3Villas for future bookings 🙂"

Positive: L’hébergement était bien équipé et calme. La piscine était top.
Negative: Nous avons été surpris de la méthode pour obtenir la caution.
On nous a demandé de choisir entre trois options (58e sans faire virer la caution/ payer 28e + 900 de caution ou faire un virement de 900) quelque jours avant notre arrivée.
De notre temps, avec toutes les arnaques, ça paraît compliqué de faire un virement sur un compte bancaire à des inconnus. Du coup on s’est senti obligé de payer les 58 € en plus de la réservation pour éviter de faire un virement de 900. Sans ce paiement, ce n’était pas possible de récupérer les clés. On s’est senti pris en otage ! Ce n’est pas une méthode très rassurante et commerciale."
