"Lovely villa - standout features are the pool (huge, and warm even though not heated, which was amazing for the kids), and location which is walkable to the Son Bou beach in 10mins and 2-3mins to a nearby supermarket and amazing panadaria (bakery). We loved walking down each morning for fresh pastries and coffee!
The villa itself is very well equipped - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good a/c in every room (though we didn’t actually need it that often as the villa does well to keep the heat out) etc. There is off street parking for 1 car outside the villa, with parking on the road for other cars - no issue with finding spaces as it is a fairly quiet residential road.
3Villas were very helpful - proactive with information on check in etc and provided some great local recommendations, and easy to communicate with."

"The villa is in a superb position with fabulous views to the sea. It is very comfortable and is exactly as described on the website (although would suggest there isn't quite as much grass as in the photo!) We had the most fabulous holiday to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our family and would definitely book again if we needed as much space. Son Bou is perfect for a family holiday.....there is a small supermarket in easy walking distance (even easier once we found the gate at the end of the garden) and was brilliant to get fresh bread each morning from the bakery at the end of the steps. Felix (the villa manager) and his team went over and above to ensure we had a wonderfull holiday; helping immediately with any issue....Would thoroughly recommend both the villa and Son Bou (so unspoilt apart from 2 very ugly hotels in the cove (!) and, in fact, Menorca.....a lovely, unpretentious, small and uncrowded island...can't wait to go back."

"The house is amazing. Very comfortable and big. It has a very beautiful terraca and pool. We were a big family with kids and enjoyed the house and the town. Great location in Son Bou close to the beach.

The one area of improvement is that even though the host was responsive, there wss little flexibility. We asked for a mattress for a kid, a cleaning lady, a sitter, late check out and we were told no for all our asks. The host agency was always polite and quick to respond. I woukd encourage more attentiveness for the next visitors.
Outside of that the experience was excellent and the house is worth it."
